Here we are again – in beautiful rural Kansas! This assignment took us to Independence, Kansas for Pre-Construction photo/video documentation of a water system expansion for Nowak Construction. Whether it’s open areas through farmland and along rural roadways, or along streets and through yards in cities or suburbs, specifications often require both PRE and Post-Construction records of pipeline routes like this one.
In the event of an unforeseen dispute during or after construction, a P-Tn documentation record has the potential to settle arguments before they become litigation, avoid conflicts altogether, and aid in completing restoration of the finished project.
