We are a team of experienced professional photographers representing a 50+ year history in commercial photography, with nearly 100 years of combined photographic expertise … so we are all about taking photographs – lot’s of them! This Online PORTFOLIO will introduce you to examples of What We Do!
Over the years our services have grown in volume and diversified in scope, but our Visual Documentation Services have three fundamentals; PHOTO, DIGITAL, & VIDEO.
PHOTO defines our use of traditional photography, or still image capture, which we utilize in many of our services. Pre and post-construction documentation offers protection for our AEC (Architecture / Engineering / Construction) clients. Progress photos are an important aspect of ongoing construction documentation, and we provide 360-degree interactive panoramas. Photographs are captured from ground-level on site, and thru drone aerial photography by our FAA Certified pilots.
Make so mistake, video is a option in all these areas, and we also shoot photographs for many other purposes. Our photos are not just construction related.

DIGITAL
DIGITAL is our preferred method for both capture and delivery of PHOTO and VIDEO imaging. We transitioned away from convention film photography years ago, adopting a digital approach long before most construction industry entities did so. In that process we developed a unique method for delivery of our documentation photographs and videos. In the nearly two decades since, we have refined that system into our current LINKINGapp All-Digital Delivery System. It has become our standard, and is growing in popularity among our construction, engineering, municipal, and other AEC clients. Whether we create images on still cameras, video, webcams, or drones, digital is the preferred deliverable for both the creative & documentation work we provide.

VIDEO
VIDEO simply puts images in motion. Our still photo documentation takes on a new perspective when the information is captured on video, providing far more information for the dollar than other approaches. Video has evolved far beyond our pre and post-construction records, or our vehicle-mounted system for recording haul route conditions prior to construction. We capture aerial video for creative and documentation using our drone fleet and team of FAA Certified UAS Pilots. Video opens the door to recording and editing imagery for marketing applications, including project stories, interviews, company bios and introductions for social media and website posting.

INSPECTION IS WHAT WE DO.
The basis of virtually all of our Visual Documentation is inspections.
We do the legwork for our clients in the field.
For 50 years, we have walked the projects for our clients – construction sites, parking lots, sidewalks, streets & pipeline routes, neighborhoods, farm fields, city streets, industrial parks – even runways. We document the overall sites and construction zones, then look for existing damage, record the details, describe the conditions, provide our clients with easy-to-access photos and/or videos showing those conditions. We share that information with our user-friendly LINKINGapp provides an all-digital deliverable that facilitates finding, retrieval, viewing, and sharing of that valuable information, whenever you need it.
Detailed structure inspections are now often called for in specifications on residential and industrial zone utility construction projects like sanitary sewers, storm drainage sewer lines and reservoirs, airport taxiway and runway improvements, or even street improvements. Once again, we are there to contact property owners, schedule appointments, meet residents and tour their homes or businesses, searching for existing issues that may come into question, and recording damage for future reference. This process protects all parties by delivering the facts about pre-existing circumstances, should a dispute arise during or after construction.

Although we deliver creative work for wall display prints and framing, digital files we create are primarily shared online thru website posting or social media. For that reason, we offer website design and maintenance services to provide a quality environment to show those photographs … and videos, as well. P-Tn will create content for your online displays, and we’ll even create those online platforms for you.
Today, absence from the internet is problematic. Establishing a presence there may be far less expensive than you think. We can use your photos or produce new material for you, including videos.
