Pre-construction RoutePHOTOS are taken before construction commences on building, pipeline, and street improvement projects, for a complete and accurate photographic record of the existing improvements and/or damage within (and adjacent to) the construction areas ... taken by an "objective third-party" professional photographer, they may be crucial in resolving arguments before they get out of hand. This economical 'Visual Documentation' investment provides valuable protection [in digital format as P-Tn RouteSCANS, or audio-video format P-Tn VideoRECORDS]; equally important is a post-construction record, showing proper restoration.
RoutePHOTOS are taken at intervals along the construction route to create an organized series of images, each individually labeled, sleeved for protection and storage, then delivered in a titled binder for easy reference during (or after) construction.
Our most economical approach provides readable gang-layout prints, or our standard 4x6" color prints; optional 5x7" size is available for enhanced viewing of photo details. Labels keep images organized & accessible. Additional matching sets of bound photographs should be obtained for distribution and safe-keeping by owner/engineer/contractor, and are invaluable in the field during restoration. Professional color negatives are indexed and stored in our archives, or released to the care of our client. |
